Our change room is backstage this year – please see below.  Because of the nature of this eisteddfod, we haven’t entered all groups and some are in Limited which means it is capped at 12 – we need to re do some dances – making it smaller will only apply to the 10s Ballet and one Jazz.

THE SCHOOL GROUNDS ARE ‘OUT OF BOUNDS’ TO ALL COMPETITORS AND PATRONS!

Competitor & Teacher passes will be available for collection on arrival at the
Administration table in the foyer on arrival – level 6
A pass must be visible to gain entry to the auditorium. Teacher passes MUST NOT be used by parents – please do not issue a parent with a teacher pass.
ALL GROUPS and MUSIC must be checked in at the Music Desk just inside the Auditorium (level 6 doors) at least 15 mins minimum to the section. Please ensure you have a back up source for music. CD’s are often the cause of music issues! A sound technician is on site for all music but teachers are welcome to be present at the sound desk during their groups performances.
Back Stage crew (lime green shirt) or AdministrationTable Desk volunteers (flouro yellow vest) are the best point of contact for any issues – they have contact with the management team at all times. If first aid officer is required – any volunteer or crew member will be able to assist.
Strapping tape is not supplied by the Eisteddfod committee.
Our back stage crew (lime green shirt) will call you to the back stage area prior to your group’s performance. Please ensure groups are in their dressing rooms prior to the start of the relevant section.Please keep the backstage area as open as possible to allow movement of large numbers quickly and safely. Only one teacher per group each side of stage please.
Adjudication sheets & trophies will be available for collection 30 minutes after completion of the section from the Administration table.
Dressing room spaces have changed this year. Signage will be posted outside the lifts andthroughout the venue. Dressing room allocation lists are also attached. All spaces have been allocated based on the comings and goings of groups as per the program.
Each year it is a very tight squeeze to accommodate everyone and this year is no different. We thank all the teachers & dancers that manage this situation so well. We ask again for your assistance by vacating the space when dancers are not changing. There are plenty of seats in the Auditorium and other open spaces around the venue.
Rehearsing in most open spaces is allowed but music must be kept to minimum volume during school hours. Rehearsing is not allowed in the open space on Level 5 in front of the bathrooms.
The field on level 6 will be marked halfway with witches hats on school days – no dancer is allowed past this point. There will be no fencing between the venue and school grounds so please reinforce to your teams that all school buildings and grounds are out of bounds.
Please remind all dancers to secure their valuables – particularly mobile phones! Lost property will be kept at the ticket office.  Absolutely NO PARKING in School Grounds on school days. A security guard will be stationed
at the entry gate to monitor entry. Vehicles will be towed without notice. This includes vehicles of teachers not on staff at St Laurence’s.
A security guard is also onsite each afternoon/evening from dusk.
No vehicles should enter the ERPAC driveway entrance at any time!!
All student drop offs from private vehicles are to be made in Stephens Road.
Buses can drop off along Stephen’s Road near the entrance to ERPAC. There is no area for buses to remain in during the competition.
The best parking is in the Hancock Street Car Park – direct access to the auditorium via level 4. The parking ticket should be presented at the eisteddfod ticket office to obtain a discount parking voucher. $15 per day. Parking is available in surrounding streets but check all signage as limits do apply in some areas. Limelight Multimedia will be in the foyer for all video bookings. All videos must be booked before the section commences. Move Photography will take photos of all items. Photos can be viewed and purchased in the foyer.
Stalls with dancer essentials will be available on Level 6.
We love the cheering but please ask your dancers and supporters not to scream!
On site Catering is available on Level 6 outside the foyer.
